Appearance:
Standing at a mere 5'1" and weighing no more than 110 lbs, the blonde Fiona looks anything but threatening. Her slender body is draped with fair white skin, and those icy blue eyes completes the illusion of innocence. Due to her diminished stature, people generally believe Fiona to be far younger than her true age.
Fiona is fairly flexible when it came to attires. She has a big closet full of clothes, and knew to dress according to the occasion. If she didn't want to stand out, Fiona dresses conservatively, in jeans and plain coloured sweater. When it's attention she wants, Fiona has a nice collection of revealing skimpy dresses. The only constant in all of her wardrobe is every item of clothing bares a splash of red, her favourite colour. It is also not unusual to find butterfly designs on her clothing.
Personality:
Growing up, Fiona had never been the most social of girls. She was very intelligent, and studied very hard, but nerds were regarded negatively, so Fiona learned to simply stay quiet and listen. People that show any interest in her often take her by surprise. In that situation, Fiona feels very uncomfortable, and looks for ways to end the conversation. It is no wonder that she has few to no friends.
Before the manifestation of her powers, Fiona was short amongst girls her age in junior high, and had little to no athletic capabilities. Her physical shortcomings made her very self-conscious, and Fiona compensated by working very hard at her academic instead. Even so, there was no escaping P.E., and her clumsiness had earned her some very unflattering nicknames. To this day, even with all her strength, Fiona despises those that make fun of her size and height.
Since Fiona had close to no friends, she cares for very few people other than herself. People found her strange that she disliked talking to people, and the blonde had cried alone in the dark enough as a young teenager to cry some more. She wasn't going to change what people thought of her, hence she cares little for how anyone feels about anything she does. All she knew was that she was bullied all her life, and Fiona wasn't going to take it from anyone anymore in her empowered state.
Her bitterness towards people in general means she's very unlikely to do any good deeds. Fiona believes truly in survival of the fittest, and ever since she found her powers, she regarded herself at being close to the top of the food chain, and acted accordingly towards everyone else. People in general are beneath her, and while they are amusing at times, they are best to stay out of her way.
In moments of vulnerability, however, Fiona can readily suppress her mightier-than-thou personality, and is not above lying, cheating, and stealing in order to return to a position of power. She is willing to do whatever it takes to stay on top, and she trusts people as far as she can throw them... without her powers.

Skills and Abilities:
Superhuman Attributes: Fiona's physical abilities surpass that of a regular human being. At her normal state, she could lift approximately a ton. She could accelerate and run at speeds not possible for humans. Fatigue does not become a factor for Fiona up to twelve hours. Her agility, reflexes, balance, and hand-eye coordination is also enhanced beyond those of the world's finest athletes. Fiona's body is also much more durable, and can take a great amount of physical punishments without injury. She could also use her reserve of absorbed energy to further enhance her superhuman attributes, although depending on the level Fiona needed to push herself to, the effects only last for a short while, and leaves her as an average human should she ever run dry of her energy reserves.
Flight: With her absorbed energy, Fiona could propel herself through the air at great speeds. However, this power also burns off her energy quickly. At the most optimal and energy conserving speed, she could fly from coast to coast of the United States before depleting all of her energy.
Energy Blasts: Fiona could fire concussive blasts from her hands and fingertips. A quick blast is enough to put cracks in brick walls, but for something more powerful requires more charging time, as well as energy.
Ergokinesis: Perhaps the most important of Fiona's powers is the ability to absorb any form of energy and store it for later use. Her superhuman attributes, flight, and energy blasts are all powered from the energy she absorbs. If needed, she could also use this energy for sustenance, allowing her to survive in hostile environments. It is a great defensive ability in case an opponent assaults her with an energy attack, which she would soak up to power herself. She needs to take great care while absorbing energy, however. While in this state, Fiona is completely defenseless with only her power of flight and limited durability, and is highly vulnerable against whatever would harm a normal human being. With the energy she absorbed, she has the potential to push her physical abilities to match the Asgardians in single combat. To garner this amount of energy is easier said than done. Fiona would require all the energy from an Arc Reactor to stand toe to toe with an Asgardian for a mere five minutes. Under normal circumstances Fiona has very few chances to gather a huge amount of energy, thus she uses her powers sparingly, but jumps on every chance to absorb an abundant energy source.
History:
Fiona had a fairly typical childhood. Hailing from the Great White North (Canada), she had a loving family and lived in a modest home. She dreamed of one day becoming an astronaut, flying through space and travelling between the stars. The young girl would lay in her backyard every night, waiting for the stars to appear in the sky. She was a small girl amongst her elementary school classmates and was terrible at sports. In fact, she had tried almost every sport and realized she was horrid at all of them. As a result, Fiona had very few friends, and while most young girls went to the park or to the mall, she found herself in the library every day. She wasn't very interested in fiction, however. What was there to learn from false events?
Thanks to her genuine interest in learning, Fiona excelled academically in her high school years, finishing top of her class every grade, and graduated with honours. Lacking good social skills, Fiona didn't interact much with classmates, and found gossiping and talk of TV shows a huge waste of time. She was accepted with full scholarship at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Applied Sciences and Engineering, where she began her studies as an engineering student. It was in her University years that Fiona realized she was no ordinary lonely young woman.
Leaving high school and starting university seemed like the perfect time for reinvention, and Fiona had enough of being the frail and odd girl forever. She wanted to have friends like average people, and figured if she wasn't so clumsy and weak, she'd be more confident. Instead of laying on a grassy field to stare at stars, she went for jogs every night, rain or shine. Fiona's stamina was still terrible, but at least she was working on it. It was on one of these nights when the rain was pouring down hard, and thunder was heard getting closer and closer, when the stubborn woman continued her nightly jogging route, and was struck down by a wayward lightning bolt.
There was a very loud bang, and a very bright flash. The events after were very hazy, but Fiona remembered laying on a muddy field, looking up at the sky. The clouds were gone and the rain had stopped. No lightning can be heard. Her fried digital watch and charred clothing reminded the blonde what happened, but Fiona felt different as soon as she picked herself up, some hours later. She felt stronger, faster, more capable of anything and everything. Before she graduated from university, Fiona had discovered most of her powers, and how all of them related to the absorption of any forms of energy.
Once her schooling was complete, Fiona applied to many different companies looking for engineers, and took the highest paying one from Manhattan called Stark Industries, where she is still employed as a project engineer.
Though Fiona seldom used her powers, as large quantities of good energy was hard to come by, she wouldn't hesitate too long when it was too hard to catch a cab in the busy city to simply fly off. At night, Fiona still looks up into the night sky searching for the twinkling stars, knowing now that her childhood fantasy of travelling through space may not be as impossible as when she was a little girl, all those years ago.

"So, what do you do for a living?"
Fiona had been fairly quiet the whole evening. She sat rigid in her comfortable seat, before her the most exquisite and classy dinner by candlelight on a table for two, and across from her a man she had just met for the first time. Her mother thought it was high time for Fiona to find the right man, and took the liberty to set Fiona up with her Aunt Shelby's friend's son. The blond's excuse had always been her hectic work schedule, but when her mother willingly sacrificed her own birthday dinner to further her romantic life, Fiona found it hard to not at least give the guy a try.
And he was a good man. Jonathan was handsome, intelligent, confident, and well established as a partner in an accounting firm. Fiona and him were only one year apart in age. Someday, he will make some lucky gal's dreams come true. Some lucky gal.
"I err... I'm an engineer." Fiona murmured, looking away towards the giant glass window of the fancy restaurant. It was a nice night, free of cloud cover. The stars were shining bright.
"Stark Industries, right?" Jonathan said, his ever so confident smile pasted onto his face. "You're a brilliant person. Figured you'd settle for nothing less."
Fiona nodded politely to the handsome man before looking out the window again. The star were a little dim despite the night sky being so clear. Maybe if she just went outside to have a look, they'd be brighter...
Curious, Jonathan turned to where Fiona was staring. Still eyeing the twinkles in the sky, he asked, "You like stars, Fiona?"
"I do, yes. They are so far away, all of them. So much mystery to them. All those beacons in a universe of darkness, guiding travellers so they won't get lost. It's fascinating, really. Wanted to be an astronaut when I was a little girl, so I can ride a rocket into space to pick the stars from the sky, and string them together into a giant cosmic powered chandelier." Fiona said. Jonathan redirected his gaze back to his date.
"This is the most words you've spoken to me in a row all night. Fiona, you're lovely and I like you a lot, but it's quite clear that you're not ready to settle down with anyone... not when you still have dreams to chase."
Fiona broke off from her star-gazing at those words, bringing her focus back to earth. "I'm really sorry, Jonathan... I just ---"
"Don't worry about it. When the feel isn't there, then it isn't there. Let's enjoy this fine meal, have some crazy expensive wine, and go back to our respective mothers to tell them we just didn't click. I hope someday you really do reach the stars. Sir Richard Branson is working on it." Jonathan said, before setting his attention back to the steak before him.
Fiona grinned, and took a sip of wine. "Thanks. I'm hoping to beat him to it."
